Sam Infotech (established in 2005) is a Ludhiana (India) based company that provide IT, Networking, Fiber Optics solution, Security system, Home Automation system and Audio Video Solution dedicatedly in residential and commercial sector. With state-of-the-art technologies and our innovative programming, no residential or commercial building is too big or too small to take advantage of our services.

Since 2005, our company is providing IT & networking product/ services. Our second company Musickden that was authorised Crestron partner and was providing services in the field of Home Automation / Home Theatre segment, is now merged into Sam Infotech. Our area of expertise lies specifically in the area of IT & Networking, Crestron Automation & Home Theatre, which gives our clients unparalleled performance, reliability & personalization, which no other company can do.

How we work

 

First Contact (Lifestyle Analysis)

We look at client's life and aspirations, and discuss how integrated systems could revolutionise his lifestyle and home. We turn our proposals into initial designs and present these for client's approval, together with estimated costs.

System Design & Equipment Selection

This stage begins with a review and analysis of full architectural plans to determine automation & lighting requirements. Meetings with the client is important to include discussion of preferences and aversions, usage of space, impressions that are desired, lighting requirements, and other details that may be relevant to the project. Architectural details are coordinated with the design and builder teams to accommodate automation modules & lighting to structural elements, where desirable. When this information is gathered, a customized conceptual plan is prepared for client review, understanding, and approval of the complete design intent for lighting and automation details. Finest equipment available within the given budget are selected with full specifications and a detailed quotation is prepared for approval.

Construction Plans

Final drawings are provided for verticals to be controlled and lighting plans with specific details tailored to the project’s needs. All architectural and decorative lighting products are specified for aesthetics and full functionality with technicalities scheduled, such as, load calculations, load designations for lighting control and scene design and type of light sources used throughout, such as LED, incandescent, fluorescent, and halogen. Custom designed control system controls provide the client with all capabilities tuned to their lifestyle and preferences. Our thorough documentation prepares the contractor(s) for more efficient implementation.

Implementation

During construction, our project manager keeps client informed of progress throughout the project being on site to resolve any issues whenever necessary. Once building and plastering is complete, we start terminating the installed cables and attach the relevant connectors ready for the equipment to be installed. After that Control system, speakers and all other equipment is installed by our specialist engineers. All the equipment are installed using professional apparatus to ensure the best possible performance and reliability. Thw whole system is tested room by room to check the working of everything as per original functionality spec.

Handover

The “handover” is one of the most important stages not to be overlooked. This finishing stage consists of reviewing all details that may need adjustments when all interior elements are in place. These adjustments are thought of as the “finishing touches” for automation & lighting, and design details to be exactly right. At this stage we provide training to the client, answer client's questions and assure his satisfaction and hand over the keys of new system to him.

Support

We provide 24x7 after sale service to our customer. Our after-sales support helps a customer to get as much use and value as possible out of his purchase. This may entail training on existing features or educating about new capabilities.
